When you find a fabric through our "On-Line Fabric Shopping Page" that you would like a price quote on or a fabric sample sent to you, you may send us an E-MAIL to request a quote or sample.
Please include in your E-Mail the following information:

NOTE: The Barrow Industries website contains fabric patterns from Barrow Industries including the extensive "Woven Essentials" line of fabrics that are available in cut yardages. The Barrow Industries website also includes fabric patterns from Merrimac Fabrics which is a division of Barrow Industries. Merrimac fabrics are identified by the letter "M" at the beginning of the pattern number (ie: M7312). these fabric patterns are available only in half bolt (25-35 yards) or full bolt (50-70 yards) quantities. If you are in need of cut yardages, we advise you to avoid Merrimac fabric patterns. All patterns that do not begin with an "M" are available in cut yardage quantities.

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard,Cashier's Checks,Money Orders, Personal and Business Checks for payment of fabric orders. Orders paid for with Paypal, Visa, Mastercard or Cashier's Checks will be processed immediately upon receipt. Orders paid for with personal or business checks or money orders will be processed after a seven (7) day waiting period.
Prices quoted are based upon the yardage indicated in your price quote. Please indicate the yardage required when requesting a fabric price quote. We offer discounted pricing on ALL fabric orders of 5+ yards with greater discounts to LARGER fabric orders.
We will respond to ALL fabric price quote requests within 24 hours!
We require the information provided in the form above to accompany all fabric orders.
FABRIC SAMPLES may be ordered to allow you to view and feel the actual fabric before placing your order. These samples are available for $10.00 (up to 3 samples). You may order fabric samples by following the same procedure as in placing a fabric order.
Our fabric suppliers do a superb job of delivering fabrics which are free of flaws. Should a flaw get by their inspectors which renders the fabric unusable to you, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. We will arrange to have the fabric returned to the fabric company and exchanged for a new cut of the same fabric at no charge to you. Please check your fabric well before cutting as fabrics may not be returned for any reason after they have been cut!
